Gourmet Food Holdings commenced operation in 2006 when Crescent Capital purchased Fawcett Bros (NSW) Pty Ltd - a leading supplier of condiments, sauces and pickled vegetables in the Australian market since 1938.

In pursuit of our objective to become market leader in this segment, Gourmet Food Holdings has since acquired a number of complementary businesses, including:
Blue Banner a boutique producer of traditional Tasmanian pickled onions - taking Gourmet Food Holdings to leadership in the Australian pickled onions market.
Galiko the biggest supplier of crushed garlic to the Australian grocery trade
Pacific Rim - who manufacture a range of simmer sauces under "The Currymakers" and "Simply Stir Fry" Brands.
Rosella - an iconic Australian brand began operations in 1895 and continues to produce some of Australia's best-loved tomato sauces, tomato pastes, soups, chutneys and relishes.

Over this period, Gourmet Food Holdings has also acquired 2 New Zealand businesses. The largest, Brandlines, represents and distributes a number of major international brands in the New Zealand market place, including: Lindt, Mentos, Chupa Chups, Asian Home Gourmet,Werthers, Sakata, and Maille.

Gourmet Food Holdings has more than quadrupled in size since its first acquisition in October 2006 and will continue to invest in strategic acquisitions and organic growth in pursuit of our stated market leadership objective - whilst remaining clearly focused on our core values of Quality, Food Safety and Customer Service.
